What you need to know -
First, thank you for visiting and shopping at Backyard Home Oasis.
Our goal is to offer you the best service, no matter where you live.
Every day, we offer our customers free contiguous U.S.* shipping on all our products.
Following are the terms and conditions which constitute our policy regarding order delivery times.
All orders are sent to our manufacturer for dispatch (normally) within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and various postal services process the orders, which can take an additional 2–7 days for order verification, tailoring, going through a quality check and (any) packaging for shipping.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our supplier to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–39 business days.
Some orders are shipped by e-packet, which is an agreement between our manufacturer and the US Postal Service.
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination (based on where in the U.S. the order needs to go) but some items can take longer from time to time. Please allow plenty of extra time for gift order deliveries.
Our products always ship free to our customers and again, we thank you for shopping with Backyard Home Oasis.

* The continental United States is the area of the United States of America that is located in the continent of North America. It includes 49 of the 50 states (48 of which are located south of Canada and north of Mexico, known as the "lower 48 states", the other being Alaska) and the District of Columbia, which contains the federal capital, Washington, D.C. The only state which is not part of this is Hawaii (as they are islands in the Pacific Ocean and not part of North America).
Alaska is unique among the US states as it is part of the North American continent, meaning it is attached via Canada, and so is part of the "Continental United States". However, Alaska is not part of the "Contiguous United States", because it is not attached directly to the lower 48 states.
